Task backlog
Every job in one searchable, filterable list — owner, department, client, due date, priority and status. Overdue and stalled work surfaces on its own instead of being remembered.
Mandhouma replaces the spreadsheet, the email chain and the three group chats it takes to run client work. Your team sees the backlog, your clients approve changes themselves, and nothing gets lost between departments.
Accounts are created by your administrator — there's no public sign-up.
Not a generic project tool bent into shape — every part of this exists because the work demanded it.
Every job in one searchable, filterable list — owner, department, client, due date, priority and status. Overdue and stalled work surfaces on its own instead of being remembered.
Send a change for sign-off and the client approves or rejects it in their own portal, with a comment. Clients can raise their own requests too. Every decision is recorded with a timestamp.
Move work from design to development to marketing without it falling into a gap. Each handoff is logged, so "who had it and when" is never a guess.
Chat with your team and your clients inside the system — with replies, reactions, file and voice sharing, and one-to-one video calls that run browser to browser.
Schedule meetings, invite anyone in the system, collect accepts and declines, and get a reminder before it starts. No external calendar required.
Rename the labels, change the workflow stages, add your own task fields and set exactly what each role is allowed to do — from a control panel, without a developer.
Separate sign-ins, separate dashboards. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden from the menu.
Full control: departments, people, clients, the whole backlog, the requests queue and every setting.
Your tasks and your department's work — update status, add notes, request approval, hand work over.
Approve or reject changes, request work or a meeting, and follow your own jobs. Nothing else is visible.
A task is created and assigned to a department and an owner, with a client, a due date and a priority.
Status moves through your own workflow stages. Comments, files and activity are attached to the task itself.
Changes needing sign-off go to the client's portal. They approve or reject with a comment — no email chain.
Handoffs, decisions and edits are all logged, so any job can be reconstructed months later.
Your administrator creates it. There's no public sign-up — an admin adds you from the Admin Console and either sends you an email invite to choose your own password, or hands you credentials directly.
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on your portal's sign-in page. If your account has an email address on file you'll get a one-time reset link that expires in an hour. Otherwise an administrator is notified and will set a new password for you.
No. A client only ever sees their own tasks and their own approval requests. The restriction is enforced on the server for every single request, not just hidden in the interface.
No. One-to-one video calls run directly between the two browsers, so the audio and video never pass through our server. For group calls you can attach a Meet, Zoom or Teams link to a conversation instead.
Yes. Any account can turn on two-factor authentication with a standard authenticator app, and gets one-time recovery codes in case the phone is lost.
Yes. Labels such as "Task", "Client" and "Handoff" can be renamed, workflow stages can be added or reordered, and you can define your own fields on tasks — all from the Control Panel, without a developer.
On our own server, in a single database we control, with nightly backups. It isn't shared with or sold to anyone. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop, tablet and phone. Video calling needs a browser that supports WebRTC, which all of those do.
If you already have an account, sign in to your portal. If you don't, your administrator can set one up for you in under a minute.
